ORDERS
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Your order can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. To do so, please email southtowngolf@gmail.com.
Many of our products, including our prints, are made on-demand, so please allow 2-5 business days for processing.
You will also receive an email once we have shipped your order, which will include tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 10 business days of the date of your order, please email southtowngolf@gmail.com.
RETURN POLICY
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return your original, unused product for a full refund or exchange your item. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We cannot accept items returned or exchanged after 15 days from receipt of your shipment. Nor can we accept items that have been used. Please contact southtowngolf@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
SIZING
Our headcover sizes are designed to be compatible with popular models currently on the market, but we cannot gauarantee a perfect fit for all clubs. To the extent you have any questions about sizing or compatibility with your existing clubs, please contact us.
SHIPPING
Shipping on all orders within the continental United States is offered at a flat rate. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of your shipment confirmation email. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the continental United States are solely responsible for all shipping costs. We do not ship internationally at this time.
